Processing & Shipping

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
  • Once processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your product arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please email us at meltcosmetics25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review your case and work toward a resolution.
